other fixes:
1) uninstall any antivirus (as it may trigger ricochet antichet)
2) uninstall any controller application (ds4 or any applications like it)
3) uninstall any vpns

I rushed the tutorial please forgive me it was my first ever proper video and there was alot that i missed out on which couldve been a possible fix. Please follow the remaining steps on the caption if that doesnt work try these too (:

1) Update from windows 10 to 11
2) reinstall cod on battle.net if your using steam (also vice versa)
3) locate cod game file folder (shown in video) from call of duty HQ folder navigate to data than data again and filter file size to smallest and delete all files 1kb or less.
4) Reinstall windows completely (would not recommend as youll be doing all that just to get slide cancelled on by a sweaty greasy no life no income no diploma no bachelorette )
5) pray activison comes out with a fix

ALSO when it comes to the properties make sure u do it on cod and call of duty launcher not bootstrapper i wasnt able to because it kept crashing my file explorer
