That passionfruit/mango sauce though 🤤🤤 I think one of the reasons why you’ve helped so many with ED, me included, is that you never shame or omit foods. I’ve been recovering for almost nine years now but you’re never truly free from your ED and what triggers mine is forbidding food. It’s so so so easy for me to slip into eating waaaay too healthy and obsessing over food if I see someone slavishly avoiding things like sugar, white rice or potatoes. The only way for me to rebuild a good relationship with food is to eat whatever I want and never judging myself for it. Some days it’s salad, some days it’s a hearty homecooked meal and some days it’s a burger and a milkshake.

In Portugal we have a no-bake cake made with digestive biscuits soaked in coffee and layered with whipped cream - so tasty and light, and shaped like a flower ☺️
It's called bolo de bolacha. Perfect for summer :)

We (🇮🇹) also sometimes make variations of tiramisu using other types of biscuit/cookies than the traditional Savoiardi! I think digestives work good here! 🙂 [Thanks for calling the recipe tiramisù "inspired", that extra word really prevents our hearts to break😅]
