Real Madrid drew against UD Las Palmas at the Estadio Gran Canaria on LaLiga matchday three. The match was an uphill struggle from the start with Moleiro's goal after five minutes. The 1-0 lead gave the home side a boost, but our team gradually turned the game on its head and almost equalised midway through the first half when Valverde's free-kick was saved by Cillessen in the 25th minute. Four minutes later Mbappé led a counter-attack that ended with a shot from the edge of the area, but the ball ended up in the hands of the Canaries' goalkeeper.
Cillessen was keeping his team in the game and in the 38th minute he did so once again with a spectacular save to keep out Rüdiger's powerful long-range effort. It was 1-0 at the break and the first ten minutes of the restart were frantic. Shots from Vini Jr. in the 50th minute and Rodrygo four minutes later ended up in the hands of an inspired Cillessen. The home side's response came in the 55th minute in a one-on-one that Sandro sent over the bar. Immediately afterwards, Mbappé could have equalised with a powerful shot from the edge of the area. Vini Jr.' s subsequent header from the keeper's rebound missed the target by inches. Ancelotti‘s side had already deserved to equalise and came close again in the 60th minute from a corner when Tchouameni’s header from inside the six-yard box went wide.
Madrid had pinned their opponents back and the deserved equaliser came from the penalty spot in the 68th minute. Lucas Vázquez pulled the ball back and, after the ball pinged around the area, Álex Suárez's hand deflected Arda Güler's shot wide. Vini Jr. shot with his right foot and scored from eleven yards to level the game. There were just over 20 minutes left to find the winner, which could have come in the 85th minute after a great personal move by Mbappé, held back twice by McKenna in the box, and then just after with an overhead kick by Endrick. But they lacked the finishing touch and in the end the points were shared in Las Palmas.

Arda should play for 90 minutes for a couple of games now. A single game with 90 minutes is not enough and it would not improve any player. He came in, won a penalty, made 3 potential assists that were wasted by Hendrick and Vini. He was standing on the right place when Mbappe selfishly took the shot by himself, if he passed to Arda, it was an easy goal.

Trying to adjust the team to Mbappe will ruin Real Madrid, they never needed Mbappe to begin with. Ancelotti complaining about not being able to connect defence to attack while he keeps a playmaker with great vision and passing accuracy like Arda Guler on the bench is funny. Play Arda and Brahim in first 11, Arda preferably near number 10, bench Rodrygo and/or Mbappe. If he wants Mbappe to shine, he'll need to rotate him with Vini on LW, but he's too scared to bench the star players because of their fame lol.

He loses his cool and overdribbles all the time in away La Liga games, but in far more important CL KO games he’s calm and composed.
