Just had my fitting last weekend. This place is a must for any level of golfer!!

Yes, you can just go out and buy forgiving clubs and it might improve your game. The important thing is did you get the correct shaft for your swing speed, how about lie angle on club head. Im 63 and back when I started playing fittings were for Pros, now at $150 for irons its well worth it to find out what you should be playing. It doesnt mean you have to buy the clubs then and there. Now that Im getting back into glue I will be getting an iron fitting this fall.

I am skeptical. The cost is steep for a senior golfer like me. Considering the super game improvement irons like Wilson Launchpad and Cleveland launcher hb turbo, is a fitting really necessary?

They do a great job... fitting you for the highest cost clubs you are willing to pay
