03 - Amazon Lightsail - DNS Server and Slave manager - allow transfer zone domain configured

In this lesson, I show how to set up a domain for ovh, and how to let the domain transfer to another DNS server from our master.

In the beginning, we can create our slave server host, to do this select extension and install the slave DNS manager from the available extensions.

If we want our host to be the main server, then after creating a new website in the domain of the domain, we have to go to the server's DNS settings.

Then By default, transfer of DNS zones is allowed only for NS records entered within each zone. If your domain name registrar requires that you allow for DNS zones transfer as described below.

To define hosts to which DNS zone transfers are allowed:

1. Go to Tools & Settings
2. DNS Template.

Click Transfer Restrictions Template. A screen will show all hosts to which DNS zones are allowed.

Click Add Address.
Specify the registrar's IP or network address and click OK.

Then we point to the OVH provider where we registered the domain of our DNS servers
both second and basic.
