Wonderful trip I would highly recommend and well worth the cost. I went solo in October 2022 and want to go back again. I boarded the beautiful Belmond Pullman at Victoria Station London that brought up to the luxurious buses that transported up to the VSOE. The cars were gorgeous works of art, staff 100%, meals wonderful, so much food, amenities charming and service like one was a prince or princess. Route was London to Belgian to Paris then over the alps through Switzerland down to Milan and ending in Venice. Truly a dream come true!

The train looks glamorous and sophisticated but might not deliver the most comfortable railway experience. The narrow corridor, tightly furnished suites and the dark colour themes can make some passengers feel claustrophobic.

Tourist Trains are always interesting and fun. I think I would not enjoy this particular, possibly historic trip however. I find the darkness of the Decor to be depressing, as if I was in a "speak-easy" of the 1920s. Liquor could help the experience. The views through the windows are fantastic.

Ah, the Orient Express. It used to be a haven of refined elegance, a playground for the affluent elite. But now, as a millionaire entrepreneur, I can't help but wonder why the gates have been thrown open to the middle class. Surely, such an exquisite experience should be reserved for those of us who understand the finer things in life, who appreciate the delicate dance of luxury and privilege. Allowing the middle class to board dilutes the exclusivity, diminishing the allure of this once prestigious journey. One cannot help but question the standards and the ever-fading line between the deserving few and the masses. But alas, times change, and the world bows to the demands of populism. I suppose we millionaires must endure the presence of those who simply lack the refined taste and sophistication that this grand locomotive deserves.

Isn't it extreeeemely overpriced?
We could afford it by tossing our savings to this - imho - overrated " expiereance " .
A lot of nostalgia in an over filthed" Europe due to proliferation, and God for saken, subsidising of it migrants.

I think its very over rated no toilet in Cabin long walk to dinner and not comfortable i would not do it again
