Why do you need a streaming services when you can just add a 360 reality audio settings on the app? That way. I can enjoy watching movies with 360 reality audio.

I'm doing an Amazon music unlimited trial, and the 360 audio isn't found with many artists so far, but the album's that have it there is a definite difference. It sounds awesome! However, paying $400 Canadian for the Sony WF-1000XM4's, and having to pay extra for streaming services that have 360 reality audio is a rip-off! 360 should be included in the purchase of your earbuds/headphones Sony.

I installed Dolby Atmos on my Google pixel 5 and it does wonders blocking out sound. I use white noise apps and listen to YouTube at the same time. Curing my sanity with my neighbors.

I signed up with Sony promotion only to find that the majority offered in Amazon is atmos rather than 360. Another big issue is Sony doesn't offer Amazon as a recognize support.

After the ear photos the screen freezes with page that says Return To Set Device and app. It shows a check mark. How do I go to the next step? The screen is frozen and there is no Next or cannot hit return button in the app
