I think given that NHS has to deal with the consequences of having to care for the bad health of smokers, that they should ban smoking outright or at least force smokers to pay a 20% copay. Also, people who drink pints of beer should also pay. Also people who ride motorcycles obviously. Also overweight people. I’m British.
