im lvl 41 and i have it unlocked. you can get it at lvl 1 if u just play the campaign. like the 4th or 5th campaign mission rewards you with a blueprint for it.

literally used this 2 hours ago for the first time with my buddies just to level up my sniper and get crit kills. ended up exfiling at round 71 with 9, 700 elims. insane.

I literaly used this gun first day first round of zombies and got it to level 40 before even unlocking it to use in custom classes. Knew this was the goat the moment i saw it one tap a mangler at pack a punch one on round 12.

PHD flopper doesn’t protect you from exploding cars, which I find that to be very weird since that’s the whole point of PHD really is explosive protection

you can get it level 1 with monster codes
also, the gun is lowkey cancer for camo grind because the explosive damage doesn't give criticals for splash damage, just the one you shoot.
