It was just a matter of time before Brazil got knocked out.... Nearly every pundits and commentators were saying this ...The team was rather disorganized, lacking cohesion, mentally weak and driven only by home support . The bench was rather poor by Brazil's standards.

Now that's a load of bs. Löw literally told them to keep playing seriously, just not try to humiliate the Brazilians. Firstly because he knew that games can take unexpected turns when you lose focus, even against all odds (after all they were playing Brazil on their home soil), and secondly because he didn't want his team to lose their momentum right before the final. He explicitly told them that whoever dared to showboat would not play a single minute in the final. He recently revealed he has since been regretting speaking so harshly to the team, though.

I think what is said in the video is based on a misunderstanding: as far as I know from a german documentary, Löw only told his players not to "humiliate" the brazilian opponent. But he said nothing like "slow down" or "do not shoot another goal".
