Its funny you posted a video on this, I was doing a review on this earlier today. I remember when I was at the firehouse I was at, the medics were saying how the cops use to race the firefighters with the Narcan to the OD patient. They said that the cops would literally get our of their squad cars running with it and try to beat the firefighters.
