Sisters Daniela and Veronika were born on 15th May 1986.
They started to sing before they could speak. One of the first of their favorite songs was "Boys" by Italian singer Sabrina Salerno.
TWiiNS released four albums for which they were awarded three Golden and one Platinum records.
They hosted their own TV show "Hitbox" for four years on TV Markiza and played the leading role of Tereza in Musical "Rebelove" showcasing in Prague's Broadway Theatre and in Bratislava as well.
In April 2008 Daniela and Veronika recorded their song "I Don't Know" and filmed its video in beautiful Miami the following month. This song was brought to life in cooperation with American producer Jimmy Douglas, very well known for his work with
Timbaland, Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake, Duran Duran and many more.
In 2009, they completed the album "Compromise", on which they cooperated with authors like BRYAN TODD ( Ashley Tisdale, Jordin Sparks, Miley Cyrus ), EVAN BOGART ( Beyonce, Rihanna, Leona Lewis ), or JANICE ROBINSON ( Livin Joy, Ashley Tisdale ). At the beginning of 2010, a new single was released - a potential summer hit, remake of a song by Sabrina - "Boys". During the summer, the single proved success in the rotations on the music channel VIVA, CITY TV, ONE MUSIC and many more..
At the end of July 2010, TWiiNS moved to Los Angeles and they started working on the international version of their album.
In May 2011 TWiiNS represented Slovakia at Eurovision Song Contest in Germany with a song "I'm Still Alive".
January 2014 Daniela and Veronika released single with a successful american rapper Flo Rida “One night stand” written by swiss famous songwriter Maury Pozzi known by DJ Antoine’s hit “Ma Cherie”. Song was successful in Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Poland, Scandinavia…
