OlPro Abberley tent review. AVOID. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not buy OlPro tents. They are appalling.
Door is not long enough to stop it blowing in, and channeling water inside.
Regardless it leaks in rain water in other places!
The bedrooms are not long enough to position beds as illustrated on advert!
You can only put them sideways so one or other person had to climb over to get out!

The website shows beds front to back so either can use the door. Just an extra 5" in length would rectify this!

It's obviously a budget tent, although not much cheaper than its very good rivals. Only it's no use in rain, nor with two people!

Definitely AVOID this company.

I asked on FB the first time it let water in and was told it was me! Not put it up right, then they turned off commenting so can't reply!

That's the difference between a good or bad company, wanting to sort out a major fault, to keep future customers from complaining also.

Never ceases to amaze me that tent manufacturers design a tent with the main (only) door sloping backwards from the ground to the top. ANY time you open the door either when it's raining or first thing in the morning with the dew and/or condensation on the door as soon as it is disturbed rain/moisture WILL drip in to the tent. Design fault by all of those concerned.

Same problem with my Olpro 4 man tent, sick of the constant leaking. It's totally down to poor design, I've done the decent thing and finally chucked it in the skip! Waste of money.

This is such a shame! I found this and was really excited because it has a fully sewn-in groundsheet all the way around and isn't huge! But it seems that they have cut corners in the quality of the thing. Are there any better tents like this that exist? The closest I can find it the Outwell Oakwood 3 but it is quite tall.

I just bought an olpro, wish I had taken the time to check them out first, leaking tents just isn't good business no matter how cheap it is, my ultra light one man tent from aliexpress was only a few quid more and that competes with the expensive brand names. I'll be using the olpro at weekends during nice weather so hopefully I'll get some use out of it. I'll stick to aliexpress instead of ebay from now on.

You get what you pay for. A cheap budget tent, you shouldn't have been surprised
