Judy Mowatt—Screwface

The concert shoot was beset by technical problems and I am amazed to see all these years later, that Judy's performance conquered all. We couldn't get the audio quality we wanted, but the sound is live enough to demonstrate what a dynamic performer Judy Mowatt has always been.

And the song? Who can't relate to these lyrics now, even though they were written by a young Bob Marley way back in 1971?

I have to give thanks to my two brethren, now passed on: Buzrak Mabrak, for producing this show and bringing us up to Canada, and Stafford Ashani for his twisting, turning camera work. Will big up myself too, because I had to grab the upstairs camera...not my usual role...and I did not do a bad job at all! Guess I was inspired.

But most of the praises go to Judy. So happy to have recorded this show for history.
