LA-based pop duo Alex & Sierra first emerged on the televised music competition program X Factor. In 2013, the duo won the first prize on the show and were awarded a recording contract. After releasing their debut album on Syco/Columbia, the group are now independent and recently put out a brand-new album titled AS SEEN ON TV. On it, the pair welcomes this new era with a blend of covers and new originals that pay tribute to Alex & Sierra’s past while paving the way for the twosome’s future as world-class songwriters.

Alex never said or post anything regarding their breakup, but Sierra uploaded a snapgram said they broke up over a year ago and those posts on their social medias were meant to cover up their breakup, and now she's too tired to pretend to be happy with Alex. She also said this is the end of Alex and Sierra and she thanked their fans for being loyal, appreciate their musics, etc.
I still love them, they're only human after all.
