Divide the numbers by 2 and move the decimal to the right one time and you get the answer.
2/2= 1, add a 0 and you get 10. Same for 4, 6 and 8, and 3/2= 1.5, carry the decimal and you get 15.

3 is in between 2 and 4. We need to assume that there is some sort of x or something for it to be technically correct, but that’s not important right now. 15 is the answer because it is in between 10 and 20, the answers for the 2 and 3

For those who don't under stand, it's one of the numers / 2 * 2. So for 3 + 3 it'd be 3/2 = 1.5, then you times it by ten to get 15.

its 15, if you noticed they only took one of the digits in the equation and multiplied it with 5. so that makes 3 + 3 15 by canceling the first or second digit and multiplyin it by 5

This is why math is bizarre.

There are a number of ways to get the answer that are all different formulas. One working formula appears to be

4 x (set)

So
4 x 2 + 2 = 8 + 2 = 10
4 x 4 + 4 = 16 + 4 = 20
4 x 6 + 6 = 25 + 6 = 30
4 x 8 + 8 = 32 + 8 = 40
Therefore 4 x 3 + 3 = 12 + 3 = 15
