All of the above. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism first for years. Then last year I finally got diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance specifically. Somehow my hypothyroidism had improved a little bit. Even though it is not good news to have pcos, it was a relief knowing the real problem and what help to get. Thanks for your videos ❤

Fab clip, my pelvic pain faded in seven weeks, like my system hit refresh! A friend's holistic plan was clutch, pain gone in nine days. Just goolged Tilly Strankten's Guide, a health win, right away. Cool video, huge props!

It's crazy that after being under a doctors care for 3 years, this wasn't discovered. Thank you for helping me. I had no idea.

Just sharing my pcos journey: I tried all of your tips and they did help me manage pcos. I went to my gyno and she told me I have a very extreme form of pcos in which my body is not producing enough estrogen and progesterone and I need to be on birth control and get hormonal tests and stuff done and might also have to get hormone therapy😢. Man what did I even do to deserve this (Positive side maybe?: I'm at a very healthy weight and don't get fatigued and my periods did become regular thanks to you doc! But again not regular enough to be ignored or under control)

My ultrasound showed i had PCOS in 2022 when i was fat and fighting with depression and anxiety. I had acne and severe hair fall plus facial hair....
Then my depression got worse and i lost too much weight. Now in 2024, I'm really slim but i still have hair fall, facial hair, acne and depression.

I would really appreciate if somebody help me identify my type of PCOS...

The only thing that comforts me as a PCOS girl is the fact that I have more muscles and endurance due to my high levels of testosterone. 😅💪 Got to see the bright side of the story.

How to determine which type you have if you have a few symptoms (but not all) of each type?

I don’t know if there are different types, all of these are just ordinary PCOS symptoms split into four groups

Hypothyroidism is not a “type” of PCOS. They both have overlapping symptoms. However both are hormonal disorders.
