For most needing this feature, we are connecting to our phone as a Mobile Hot Spot because our WiFi is not available. The first thing you did was to "make sure your phone is connected to WiFi setting is turned on". If I can connect my phone to my local WiFi then I would not need the computer to connect to the hotspot because I have WiFi already available. I also noticed your phone was connected to the WiFi at the beginning of the video and then was not on wifi toward the later half of the video. Great instructions and it works but having my phone connected to Wifi and laptop connected to the hotspot seems useless. Why not just have both devices connected to the Wifi that your phone was paired with.
