Proper noun from German, however used here in the UK; the car manufacturer Audi - with the au being pronounced like the start of ouch. This one, being from German, confuses a lot of people I've found.

au as a prefix is always pronounced as O. example: Au gratin is "Oh gratin". Au D Cologne is "Oh De Colone", Aum is "Om". (oh-mmm)
