put it upside down when u put it in the freezer it makes the ice freeze to the under side of the metal making it colder

Bc u did it wrong babes u need to wash it with hot water b4 use and mix condeced milk n heavy cream with whatever for it to work hope this helps xx

I think that why it did not roll because that is not cream that is just milk, I think ice cream mix or just cream will make it roll and work well

U use milk condensed milk and vanilla
