Great explanation doc! Unfortunately, my boyfriend's atrial flutter is back after several months from shock treatment and he needs to go back in for the ablation now! He's quite frustrated and wondering why? I'm the one doing the research cause anything about how human body works is always fascinating to me! I watched your other videos too but do you think there might be other reasons to cause the flutter come back, such as thyroid imbalance or nutrition deficiencies? I'm very much into functional medicine and I think he's not getting enough nutrition for the amount of exercise he's doing. He's a very active guy in his 50's and the flutter was back after a long bike ride, while training for a race. How much exercise is good or bad for someone who had such a procedure?
