Frieza vs Goku is technically longer, as roughly 95% of the content In the episodes the fight took place, were focused On the fight itself entirely. Katakuri vs Luffy started And ended in a timspan of 22 episodes, but roughly half, and sometimes *more* than half of the episodes content was focused on a different conflict in the arc, not the fight itself. With actual screentime calculations, it's easily Goku vs Frieza.
