That orange is actually sodium from the glass like 100% lol

That jar sounds like it's about to drop an 8 second quarter mile.

This is awesome! Always wanted to strap a couple of these to my motorcycle to see if it can get above 85 mph. Even though this does not produce any thrust there is still heat exiting which can equivalent to some thrust with the proper venting nozzle.

This is pretty cool, do you have a tutorial on how to do this on your channel?

Possibly, the sodium of the glass was causing the flame to turn orange-ish.

Try submerging the entire jar in ice water to keep even the lid cool. To do this you will have to add weight as the jug would float... use something glued to the bottom so as not to lose visibility or some type of rod pressing the lid to the bottom and attached "to the ceiling".
Do this outdoors and you might break my record of 2 minutes and 50 until run out fuel

Orange is just where the water starts to boil off, ish
As the alcohol burns away faster than the water and the liquid gets hotter, at some point the water droplets start to get caught in the flame

The yellow inside your orange flame could also be contaminates from the glass container. Small traces of sodium can strip off of glass under flame. I saw this somewhere, but can't remember where.. Nile Red maybe?
