I really enjoy seeing Gennaro working in his natural habitat, which is the kitchen of a busy real restaurant kitchen. That's so genuine! I also appreciate that Gennaro doesn't waste any time at all, he just does the minimum thing to arrive at the maximum effect. Gennaro is one of the most efficient YouTube cooks I know.

Excellent technique with the making of the fish, use parchment paper as heat semiconductor without the skin of the fish take direct heat is a great tip for a beautiful result. Revenue easy to do and with all the care and affection that only you have Gennaro! Thank you for sharing!
