Their reworks were all such disasters.

Make changes to his kit if the W is used in close range it must amply dmg amplifier and damage overtime instead of slow. Remove the big bang from his ult and bring the low coold down sustain toggle ult back.

Remember when his Ult was only 7 seconds? Than they changed it to 20+? haha
