Eruption Feat. Precious Wilson: Ground Zero (Full Album) [1977]

Marek Mendygral came up with this brilliant concept for an imaginary early Eruption fantasy album. He took their three RCA recordings, extended them and joined them into a non-stop side-long LP medley (complete with a reprise of the opening track) to create the feeling of a classic disco album Gloria Gaynor/Donna Summer-style. For side 2 of the album he chose three cover versions that Eruption performed in their 1977 show but never recorded in the studio (to our knowledge) and did the same thing and voilà - a new Eruption album was born! He has generously let me share it here with you. The artwork was done by myself.

Søren, Marek, how wonderful is this, thank you both so much! I love it, especially the mid 70s medley style is super great, it takes me right back. They don't make music like this anymore, so this is a great pleasure to hear this. A real treasure, and I love the team work the two of you shared.

That 1977 show isn't anymore on You Tube.
I had it in my deactivated channell too!!
Deactivating caused by Studio Hamburg...first only 1 warning (2 months active) and than suddenly warning 2 and 3.
All because of Musikladen videos who were besides already some months on air by MWV.

Hey Søren! Ive never understood something, Leave a light the singel was a flop, Hansa change there strategy of the album but the album was still called Leave a light, and the opening track was Leave a light in long version, i know the next singel One way ticket was huge, but please explain, i dont understand???
