The VANTAiO iNFOHUB creates an efficient and official communication channel through which company management and specialist departments can reach all employees. It bundles relevant information via interfaces from any source, e.g. from SAP or non-SAP systems, and offers a convenient user interface for editors to create and edit content manually. The information is supplied via secure channels, is authorization-dependent and can be individually personalized on the recipient side - directly in your SAP systems!

The VANTAiO iNFOHUB is a product based on SAP BTP and uses a HANA database to store information objects in which any text, images and videos can be saved. The convenient editorial cockpit makes creating and editing news so intuitively simple that this work can be carried out by any employee. Additional news items are also generated fully automatically via interfaces. A special feature of the system is the integrated workflow, which allows news items to be created and edited in draft mode first. Publication only takes place after explicit approval by a responsible editor and can be scheduled - this is how efficient, quality-assured communication works!
