Irreplaceable. Big big part of the Heat hustle, defense, professionalism and toughness culture. It is just so special being able to watch players development and growing process as athletes and persons.. Rooting for the Heat since 1997-98, I have had a chance to see Haslem become an inspirational and historic leader for the club and also one of the faces of the Culture. A feel like seing Haslem permanently becoming a legit leader in an interwined way with the club develpment as equally amazing as folowing e beholding with bare eyes the becoming of a star player from within the Heat. As was the case with D Wade, Bam and Tyler. And at some level, even Whiteside. Saw Haslem 1st game and his 20 years of NBA, when Odom, Bryan Grant, Caron Butler, Wade and Rafer Alston surprised the Hornets in the playoffs and gave some tough work for the then powerfull Pacers. Haslem sacrificed $ for the team. More than once. And the team recognition and will to honor their part to the players in this kind of context is also a very solidifying and culture building set of values, politics, and management. There are no prices for players like Haslem. Thanks, man! 3 time champion and forever an image of a Heat Warrior and Winner player. Good fortune ahead. You surelly deserve it. Just don't desapear from the 305, mr. 305. To loose you completely would be the same as losing half of the soul from the Spoesltra era. ❤🎉
