Baby Dropped Off at My House!!! Taking Care of a Baby for 24 Hours!! Package Boy Preston, the UPS driver dropped off a baby at our front steps and now Trinity must take care of it all on her own! It's no easy task taking care of a fussy baby but Trinity figures out how to make a bottle, change a diaper and even swaddle a baby!
