I’m in calc 2 but even this helps me understand this so much more. I’m doing series rn and had to know this for improper integrals.

This was on my exam yesterday, not exactly with lim going to 2, but the concept of ln(0+)

What a coincidence. I just started this topic only today and found it randomly on YouTube 😅.

What does the plus sign mean in the exponent place at x-->2^+

Does that mean we are looking for the limit coming from the +x direction?

Can you be my personal Math calculator and problem solver? I'm failing Algebra and I don't want to. This my third week. It's 8 weeks of this class. I desperately need help

We can also just write 1/ln(x-2) as log1 to base x-2, and since x approaches 2 (and does not equal 2), log1 to base x-2 is well defined and equals 0.
