I recently saw a video that kind of encompasses exactly how I feel about Ayato. I’m more so summoning for him because of his vision and not because of his kit or power scaling. Hydro characters facilitate most of the strongest reactions and I can’t skip him regardless what he does.

I’m at the point of the game where i have all the characters i need and am now just pulling for whoever catches my eye. Imo his element alone was something that already got me invested since hydro is very valuable. Am excited to try out his kit and experiment with his team comps. I'm genuinely interested in what kind of character Ayato turns out to be, and I'm excited to get a better look at his kit, BUT... I'm not really feeling like he's a must-pull at this point, and I'm honestly relieved that I feel that way. If only Xingqiu wasn't so damn good... 😄

I’m so happy that throughout the days of genshin, Childe has found his identity in the game. I know what Ayato does but without spoiling for you, I just hope he won’t have energy issues. I really like what he does. I can’t wait to have him so I can have both Kamisatos. I’ve been waiting for a new hydro Unit.

I summon a characters base off there Play style, personally and design. i don't really go for characters because of how Strong/OP they may be, I'll say just go for who you enjoy if anything that's all what matters in genshin impact....well pretty much most games anyways lol 😄👍

Leak watcher. I think he gonna be like Huttao/Ganyu but instead of skill infusion or charge attack spam, he'll be able to spam tap his infused attack elemental skill for a period of time or limited number of hits, Then drop his ganyu style ult for mass hydro application.

i’m really in need of a second hydro applicator and am stuck between kokomi and ayato. would love to see a video comparing these two, once more info comes out on ayato.

We all know the drill now. The community will always be angry and disappointed when a new character isn't Ganyu levels of broken right off the bat, and then they will proceed to beg for reruns once theorycrafters eventually discover optimal team comps or builds for them. The same will probably happen to Ayato.

I love hearing your insight of characters. I want Ayato just to have a brother and sister team. But I am also imagining the teams that I can create. I just got Ganyu so having her, Ayaka and Ayato with Kazuha wow. I can't wait to get him.

I think I'm getting Ayato because of 3 reason
1. I can combo him with ganyu For Freezed
2. I really need a hydro dps and I think he might be a dps char
3. My xiangling finally can shine with melt/vaporized elemental reaction

It’s so interesting going back and listening to thoughts like this of, oh mihoyo’s not gonna make a version of xingqiu…but in a way they kind of did with yelan 😂
