You folks need to improve the noise. There’s various competitors on the market that have retrofit smart locks that are near silent (Yale Linus for example). No reason for Nuki to still sound like a blender.

Why haven't you improved the sound? I mean, every test ends with the result that your lock is definitely too loud. You may even have the best software, but that's not enough if the mechanical part is a nightmare

The Pro 4.0 version is failing continuously, losing the connection to the server, which makes it insecure. Nuki is aware and does not solve it, it just drives the client crazy with thousands of tests that solve nothing. When is he going to release a new version that fixes it?

Should have added an NFC chip in de nuki or remote, to be innovative, that way i can unlock with the phone or smartwatch without using codes, or fingerprint, like in the winter, no need to take off the gloves.

Hello Nuki, I feel deeply disappointed. I am your loyal customer using Smart Lock 3.0 with Bridge and Battery Pack and just recently purchased Keypad 2.0 alone. 

Now, with this new product release, if I want to upgrade to Smart Lock 4.0 Pro, then you try to force me to buy another Keypad 2.0. I would like to have an option to upgrade only to Smart Lock 4.0 Pro.
