Chris’s 10-Minute Stove Top Mac & Cheese Recipe:

8oz Elbow Macaroni
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup whole Milk
4oz (1 cup) Deli American Cheese-Shredded
4oz (1 cup) Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese-Shredded
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Topping:
10 Ritz Crackers-crushed
1 ½ tbsp butter

In a 3 qt saucepan bring Milk and Water to a boil over high heat
Add Pasta and cook 8-10 minutes over medium low heat
Add American Cheese , Mustard, Cayenne Pepper-stir
Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat
Stir in Cheddar Cheese
Let sit for 5 minutes
Add Salt and Pepper

In a 8inch frying pan add butter and crackers. Toast 3 minutes.

Serve macaroni hot. Sprinkle with topping.
