I was at a guitar show in 1991. On my way out I saw a rosewood Telecaster and I love rosewood so I asked the seller how much he wanted for it. He said he thought it was a fake because of the headstock but he sold it to me for $625.00. Turns out it was not a fake and was made in 1968 according to Phil Kubicki (RIP) who looked at detailed photos of it. I had absolutely no clue what I bought, I just loved the look. Dumb ass good luck. The sound through my VOX AC 30 is insane.
