Anakin always had more of a brotherly attachment to the clones than most jedi did. Respected them and actually wanted the best for them. She attacked their home, something we see them consider incredibly important, I wasn't surprised a bit of his anger and way of thinking was to get her out of the war and let the clones deal the finishing blow.
