Program to count the number of times that a word appears inside a string in Swift.

𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻!

(!) ATTENTION: Since at the time that I made this code...
The final version of Swift 3 was NOT released yet...
you may experience some minor errors in the syntax when testing this code!!!

Hello, I was wondering what would this be when it's on Swift 4, because this function does not exist anymore :(
