Three huge problems. For many there are no Social security offices near them. They just closed down the one in my city and not everyone has transportation to get the other cities.

Two, how do we assist those who are unable to physically get to the offices?

Three, how do we teach older folks who are not familiar with some of the new technologies how to navigate the address changes online?
Make your changes but there must be a way to support those who are unable to do these things.

Most Field Offices, but All Applicants Need to Physically Go to a Field Office. Directions from an Admin who literally has No Idea how Govmnt Actually Works.

Too many senior had their checks stolen when Social Security allowed people to change bank routing over the phone. Setting up the online authentication is easy. I'm glad they are finally stepping up security.

How are you supposed to prove your identity online? Will they email you, or will you have to go to some UNKNOWN

These changes are good and should cut down on thieves stealing money from seniors. BUT closing offices and cutting staff is not good. If people need to be seen in person.
