Ferdinand Waititu, James Nyoro clash reignites debate on deputy governor's role

The debate on what the deputy governor's role is or should be was reignited again after Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu and his deputy James Nyoro clashed in public despite the two earlier having appeared to have reached a truce of sorts.
