BREAKING: Israeli Hostage Rescued in Rafah

Breaking News: Initial report: Kidnapped Kaid Farhan al-Qadi from the Bedouin community was rescued by Israeli Special Forces today after an intense firefight with his captors in Gaza and returned to Israel.

Kaid, 53 years old, father of 11 lived in the Negev near Rahat and worked in a packing house in Kibbutz Magen from where he was kidnapped,.

Bedouins are awesome. I remember as a child living in a kibbutz in the Negev (south of Israel) we would regularly visit a Bedouin community in the area and eat and drink tea there. Fun fact, they kept pouring in tea and as a 7 year old I didn't feel comfortable saying no or enough so I kept drinking 😂 until my dad told me I needed to put the cup upside down on my plate to let them know I've had enough. I only have great memories as a child living in the desert. Co existing. God bless them.
