Wow, y'all can't afford to pay moderators to keep stolen art and bulk resellers off Etsy, but you CAN afford to spend our fees on a big-budget commercial during the Super Bowl. I'm so glad I've already started migrating my shop to my own site.

The gift mode thing is garbage. I've tested it numerous times and it NEVER pulls up anything close to what I tell it. Doesnt work and they wasted 8+ millions on this???? That $$ could have gone to removing drop-shippers, scammers, etc.

This ad confused everyone in the room with me. 😅 "Why is there a superbowl ad for cheese gift platters? Are those popular these days?" Was my older relatives response. They had 0 clue what Etsy was after watching this, and seem to think it's a company for sending food oriented gift baskets. It totally missed the mark on advertising what Etsy is. To the point that when I tried to explain... they lost interest and focused on other ads instead.

Work on seller support, clowns. Ive been waiting for 4 weeks for an issue that they say can be resolved to actually be resolved. A change in business type. Im losing sales with my shop being closed. Infuriating.
