This is the final episode in the biggest cleanup that I've ever done on youtube. In this series, I've spent around 121 hours on the job, including 33 trips to the landfill. What an epic transformation. Make sure you stay until the end, as I do a massive walk through with before and after shots. Enjoy the grand finale. All up, I spent around 12 hours on this episode, including 2 trips to the landfill. This is episode 11 of 11.

FAQ's:

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘.

Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in over 5 years on the job.

Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: Mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.

Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs.

Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of bins?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!

Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️

Q: Why don't you have help?
A: I've had many problems with employees in the past, so now I work alone.

Q: Why don't you have a ride-on mower?
A: Well, there are a few reasons.
1. I don't have the right trailer for a ride on, considering I always take away the green waste.
2. I don't have anywhere to store it, as my shed is too small.
3. A lot of the properties we do have fences and gates, so you can't actually get a ride-on on to the properties.
4. I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k AUD on a stander, but it would be nice to have one!
5. I will get one as soon as my transport and storage problems are solved.

Q: What types of ladders do you use?
A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19. They are both adjustable.

Q: Who/what is Jim's Mowing?
A: Jim's Mowing is a franchise business. The Jim's Group is the biggest home services franchise in Australia.

Q: Why do you have 2 channels that seem to be the same?
A: Quick Cuts (my original channel) has music in the background. Quick Cuts V2 is for those that like just machine noise, and it doesn't have music.

Peace of mind can be hard for everyone to find through out their life; especially when you have regular life difficulties. Being able to wake up in the morning on a beautiful day, and to now have a beautiful yard to magnify that beautiful day, for these folks... THAT IS PRICELESS. Great Job George!

This is absolutely, bar none, the most satisfying yard rescue anyone has ever filmed and put on youtube. When George did the power washing on the deck and then added the "rails" I think I died of happy. <3

Oh George you must be so proud of yourself. You have worked sooo hard. You truly are a miracle worker. I couldn't believe that you found that pathway and gate. The lattice work does give the patio the final touch. Who knew that there was a wooden deck. All of your little touches is what makes you the best. I hope the owners never let the garden get that bad again. It would break my heart after everything that you have done. I bet you are going to miss red cat a lot. Thank you so much for taking me on this wonderful journey. Can't wait for the next one. May all good things come to you. Have a great and restful weekend. 😍😄🐱🐱🌻🌼

This really touched me. To see that this Mom of a special needs child can now get out into her garden and get much needed self therapy is everything. You have out done even yourself on this one George. Amazing

Hi George, your work for this lady gives so much more than gardening and cleaning up. You have given her back some self-esteem. With respect, greetings from the Netherlands

As an old lady, I really appreciate how you use the maddox to grub out the stumps and roots of the small trees you’ve cut down! They’re a trip hazard, especially for people who have a bit of trouble walking on pavement! I’ve seen other channels that cut the ‘weed’ trees off close to the ground, but still leave a stump; those short ones are trickier than tall ones because they hide—-kerplop goes the granny🤪!

I’m pretty sure I’ve caught all the episodes of this project, but I was still surprised at the number of hours and trips to the landfill it took!! Thank you so much for this and your other videos! It’s very satisfying and relaxing to see you bring tidiness and order to a rambling mess👍👍👏👏!! Wishing you continued growth of your channel! A farmers widow in SW WI, USA❤

In times of disaster, we are emboldened by the helpers. You are a helper, George. This family was going through a disaster, with no end in sight, until you came along. We could all do with being more like you. Keep up the fantastic work, good sir.

This woman has got to be over the moon with this massive transformation. What an epic job you have done. I love the finishing touches on the porch. And I was shocked when you uncovered the sidewalk and the gate! Who knew? I'm glad to see that she's keeping up with the yard work. I'm 67 and I want to be able to mow and garden in my yard for as long as I can. My yard is my sanctuary. I love watching you bring gardens and yards back to life. Thanks for these past videos.

This man’s attention to detail is impressive and he’s such a hard worker. Also being nice to the cat makes me like him more. When he finds paths/ concrete under all the old grass n dirt I always wonder how big is the area going to be? But he clears it all. Up there with the best garden makeovers on YT.

George, the amount of work you have put into this property is astounding, and the cherry on top was putting the trellis on the front decking. Bravo to you George.

Friday Morning in Montreal. 10:20 am, 20c outside. What does our George have for us today ??
Welcome to "What's in the Garden" with your host, George of the Jungle. Let's !!!
It's the Grand Finale of the Garden George once said NO to. From an ABSOLUTE NO - to 121 hours - Our George has had a Spiritual Awakening, me thinks.
I cannot be more PROUD of you George.

Giving someone in a rough spot, with a son, in a deeper rough spot, something beautiful to look at every day, I am sure that will brighten them both up with light.
If you clean up the outside, the inside follows suit, in due time.

At 21:15 on the Finale Episode, George has cleared all the fence lines. The yard has been liberated !! !! He's Done It. He has conquered the brambles and stickies !!
Three Cheers for George !! Hip Hip Horayyy, Hip Hip Horayy, Hip Hip !!

George you have really outdone yourself. That home is worth a million bucks now !! Well Done. We are all so Proud of you.

I didn't think you'd be back after the first disastrous episode. But you got "Stuck In" as you like to say, and you came through all the way to the end. With some final flourishes.

Thank you for joining us today for "What's in the Garden" with George of the Jungle. Until next Time Tasmania, Montreal signing off for this morning.

Y'all come back now !!!
