How to create Telegram bot with Python - a detailed Python project tutorial for beginners.

Hi, i am doing this on Windows. When i'm typing in "source venv/bin/activate" i get error saying 'source is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable prog or batch file'. Also the stuff that gets created in the folder doesn't have any "venv/bin/activate" location. Any help please? thanks.
