If you want to farm the exterminate without the debuffs just use Yareli. For now Muralina make the game thinks you dropped the defixios. However Yareli still holds the item so all you need to do is finish the mission like normal without the debuff. Makes the mission trivial. Though I am sure it could be fixed but for now in solo its a great way to bypass the debuff. Again you do need to be on merulina to pick up the defixios to bypas the buff, once picked up you can hop off the kdrive and enjoy.

I find it best to run a fast character on solo, and then bunker down at the extract, the enemies spawn like it's a defense and you can kill them faster in a large wave instead of spanning out the kills throughout the map

I do not mind farming in games, however I do believe there should be a balance. The farm grind in warframe is just insane.

i used hildryn on normal mode to farm my dagath, cant say it's the best, but works pretty well. most debuff doesnt affect her much, but if you get remove shield, just pick up another Defixios.
All i did was spam pillage with blazing pillage augment

i hate dojo room warframes, gotta build a whole room just for it, dont have space/ resources? too bad. Yareli and Dagath could have just be added to the tenno lab

Important information:

There is apparently no matchmaking, alot of people always start alone, even in public, maybe its a bug.
you need to manually invite people.

Sucks that in order to do the mission you need syndicate standing to buy the beacons at the same time Grendel Prime came out and I use them towards the relic packs; guess have to balance for some time.
