Fitting Carbon Frame Covers on my HP4 - Step-by-step | Joanna F. Benz

A little snoop around the carbon heaven, after a quick tutorial on how to fit frame covers. These were the first bits of carbon (out of many), that I got for my HP4, and since I wasn't sure how to fit them, Steve from Conquest Carbon kindly offered to fit them for me. Turns out it's a fairly straightforward job, but I thought you might appreciate a step-by-step guide.

Fullsix Carbon S1000RR frame covers supplied and fitted by Conquest Carbon

I went for Fullsix covers, as they have the same weave as OEM BMW carbon.

I own the 2022 BMW S1000RR M Sport I still got to fit the carbon frame covers to mine. I do agree about fitting carbon parts once you start you do end up replacing everything else. But so bloody worth it changes the total look of the bike. New sub bell clicked - ride safe hun.

I had a similar cover fitted to by KXF450 when I bought it. When I removed them trapped dirt behind the covers had caused corrosion on the frame resulting in small holes.

All the engineers were working their ass off to make it as lightweight as it could be. Here comes Joanna and slaps some fancy fiber and sealant...

Hello Joanna.
I see that you have the link pipe on your bike exhaust. Just wanted to ask you how the decibels are? Like on track they are pretty hard on db. Also is the bike tuned for it o not? Ride safe. /Jerry

Does those carbon covers take care of the engine heat you get from the frame.

See BVG in a while, he just put up a new video of his Race...
I'm with you though, that's a TON of money, I'd stick to the cosmetic stuff too!
