Supine in hook lying (knees flexed) with arms at the side and palms facing medially (neutral shoulder position)
-- GONIOMETER ALIGNMENT --
► Axis: Lateral aspect and center of humerus head
► Stationary arm: Parallel to mid-axillary line of the trunk
► Moving arm: Aligned with the midline of the humerus pointing towards the lateral epicondyle
-- NORMAL RANGE AND END FEEL --
► ROM: 0° to 180°
► End feel: Firm (Tissue stretch)
