He is currently working for TDCX Philippines as a Sr. Business Insights Manager - II where he handle and managed three pillars in his his team such as: Reports and Visualization, Analytics and Insights, Reports Developer and Automation. He is also working for De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde as a Sr. Professor - I and wrote a program course for the School of Professional and Continuing Education(SPaCe), also in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde related to Emerging Technology Courses and other Development in Analytics and Technology.

Prior working for TDCX Philippines, I am the Data Science and Analytics Supervisor where we provide support services to other teams within the organization.

I am also a former Sr. Data Scientist and Artificial Intelligence Lead for Innovation at the Asian Development Bank where I am part of the various innovation projects of the bank from the Robotic Process Automation, Building Chatbots to help the employees of the bank whenever they need an immediate support related to their Machines and other technology problems they encountered. He also part in developing an Artificial Intelligence application for the Pepper Robot (from Softbanks Robotics in Japan). He also build Dashboard for the use of the Leaders in the bank.

Prior to Asian Development Bank, he is the Sr. Data Science Associate Manager at Accenture Philippines and was assigned at the Accenture Advanced Technology Center in the Philippines where he manage and leads numerous Data Science projects.
