Materials of construction: all product contact materials are 316 stainless steel. All non-product contact materials are 304 stainless steel.

Shell internal finish: basic internal shell finish: all internal welds are ground smooth and all internal surfaces receive a basic polish.

Shell external finish: All shall exterior Wells are clean and wired brushed. The entire shell exterior, including the access covers, are glass beaded.

Product discharge is via the 12-in 300 mm p-k solids Flow valve. This is a butterfly valve with all stainless steel disc and cast aluminum body with a white neoprene valve liner. This valve is bolted onto the blender and needs to be removed for disassembly and cleaning. The valve is equipped with a painted activator and is operated from the control panel with airlines through the trunnion.

Access covers: two 18-in (46 cm) access covers are provided. The access covers are stainless steel with a stainless steel handle and cross-arm.

Support frame: the blender shell and drive is supported by two self-aligning bearings. The bearings are mounted on welded carbon steel painted pipe frames.

Discharge height: the distance between the discharge valve and the floor is 16.6 in (42 cm)
