I had this party traveling under water on a ship with an air bubble over it. I prepared mechanics if someone was stupid enough to use fire magic, including Fireball. The idiot used Wall of Fire on a wooden ship under water. It took him 2 turns of increasing CON saves to realize his mistake. I keep the mechanic for unventilated underground tunnels.
