I enjoy your support Videos!! i wished i knew how i could learn to create a supportive place for Bariatric folks 5 -7 years on, i also find Even counseling seems hard to locate. I think more Supportive Groups need to Focus on us Further out people. As of May 21, 2022 . I will be 7 years Post Op VSG. I today am age 64 as o f April 6, 2022. i am 5"2. I Lost a 166 Pounds i kept it all off. Its truly a Mindful way of Life on our Journeys!!I am in Lake City, Fl.in North Florida. I HAD MY VSG MAY 21, 2015 At Uf Shands Gainesville Florida.
