Overall you are correct Sam. Great video. A7SIII pumps the A7IV with video specs and practical applications in the real world. (even though I bought the A7IV haha. My own reasons for that explained)

Nice video mate, agree on quite a few points and the A7siii still remains strong in regards to better video options 👍

I was going to swap SIII for the 7IV but I think I’m going to hang fire, I can still get ace photos with SIII and the ace rolling shutter and FF in all
frame rates is the clincher.

If you mainly do video the A7Siii is the natural choice 😊 For a hybrid shooter the A7iv makes more sense 😊

Hey man. Good video... Of course u will get jumped from the Sony fanboys for talking crap about our beloved brand LOL. Also, with the a7IV, yes there is a full size HDMI but there is no external RAW output 🤦🏼‍♂️😲.

Ok good, but have you seen Matti Haapoja video on the a7iv. This is a word from the man himself: " I think the a7iv might be better than the a7siii is this the new low light king". But you have to go and see for yourself.
